PORTABELLOPIXIE GRACIE TIERED SKIRT!

Okay, so I'm officially overdue...this being the second day past my expected due date (EDD). Nonetheless, I'm making the best of the time I've before I pop. I've made my first skirt in half a day and it turned out much more beautiful than I've imagined!

I used Sandi Henderson's Portabellopixie Gracie pattern for the skirt and for the fabric, I've chosen Dots in fuchsia from Tanya Whelan's Ava Rose collection for the waist, Dahlia in spring from Sandi Henderson's Farmer's Market collection for the top tier, Michael Miller's Dandy Damask in passion for the middle tier and Ticking Stripes in Fuchsia from Ava Rose collection for the bottom tier.

The pattern is very easy to follow even for a beginner like me and the results stunning! What's more, it includes sizes from 6-12 months all the way to 8 years! Oh! And did I mention there were 3 other lovely patterns (a jumper, a dress and a top) included as well? Can't wait to try them too!
